More About Coaching:

Coaches view their clients as "whole, resourceful, and able to generate ideas toward solutions and goals." (Jessica Austin, ACC, from her book: Positive Psychology Coaching) The coach is the facilitator of a conversation that promotes insight, and propels a client forward.

Strengths-focused coaching is a positive method that uncovers new capacities and positive qualities that can be leveraged to overcome obstacles.

Coaching can help you:
  • accomplish something that has been difficult.
  • sustain new behavior and change a habit.
  • take on a project that has been postponed.
  • make the most of a life transition.
“You enter coaching to better yourself; Jennifer really cares about getting me to that better place.” --P.C.

More About Meditation:

Learn a systematic method that bestows physical, emotional, and mental benefits. Beginning meditators learn basic skills such as posture, healthy breathing, and mental focus. More advanced meditators learn to distinguish distracting mental phenomena from actual progress.

I will guide you through the steps of an active method of self-observation using techniques taught by the renowned master Sri Swami Rama of the Himalayas. This meditation method is non-religious, simple to learn, and effective.

Meditation can help you:
  • improve your mental focus.
  • reduce stress.
  • tolerate emotions.
  • gain insight.
“I noticed that when I place my hands facing down I feel safer. When I turn my palms up I get a surge of anxiety, but also a little excitement.” –M.P

More About Introspection

Introspection practices are internal dialogues. They refocus attention inward and away from life’s tribulations. Through introspective writing, conversation and contemplation one becomes clearer in differentiating between the world of the senses and an emotional world within.

One way of practicing is to ask oneself a meaningful question and listen for an answer. Answers may come from many levels, but one answer has the ring of truth. With the ability to differentiate this sound from all the others, wisdom dawns.

Introspection can help you:
  • gain self-knowledge.
  • become self-reliant.
  • increase feelings of self-worth.
  • resolve internal conflicts.
Contemplating and discussing mahavakyas gradually helps me perceive the essential nature of myself and the universe.” –J.B.
